Kitt is a Colonial Warrior on Galactica.
During their approach to Earth, Dillon tells Troy that he likes the sound of the destination Kitt received, the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics. Dillon believes that the "union" meant one between the opposite sexes, belied by his ill-informed comment that it's "not often you get the entire population of a continent's women to choose from" (Galactica Discovers Earth, Part I).
