Note that this character is known since "Pegasus". All that is new now is a name. Before that the article was called "Unnamed Pegasus Executive Officer". Same information, no spoiler. On the one hand, it's a spoiler that he will appear in "Razor", but on the other hand it's kind of obvious. This is something of an gray area. Depends on how far one goes when determining how 'spoilerish' something is. Of course it might be better to err on the side of caution and tag everything where he is mentioned, but it also seems a bit excessive. --Serenity 16:36, 14 August 2007 (CDT)
