A numo is a weapon similar to an air gun, apparently native to Equellus (as Apollo had claimed to never seen one).
Puppis claimed that a numo could kill a lupus from 10 metrons. Puppis also claimed earlier that his mother, Vella, was unable to hit the side of a granary with a numo (The Lost Warrior).
