Caroline Adama is the former wife of the famous Commander William Adama, mother of Lee "Apollo" Adama and the late Zak Adama. Other than how she relates to these influential men, not much is known about her.

Biography

Due to William Adama's commitments to the Colonial military, Caroline raised both children by herself. The strain of his absence and his committment to the fleet caused their eventual divorce.

She and Adama had little contact since their divorce, and at the time of the Cylon Attack, Lee Adama had said she was getting married. (Miniseries). William Adama had remarried to Anne Adama some 20 years earlier.

It is presumed that Caroline Adama perishes in the Cylon Attack, but officially this has not been mentioned.

Analogue

Caroline Adama's analogue in the original series is Ila.
