:::The real indicator would be what their former dating system was based on. If they reset their year at the fall of the Colonies, then that would be the first Exodus, while if they kept counting from the escape from Kobol, then we could assume that would be the first Exodus. I don't recall them mentioning any hard dates before, though. --[[User:Larrik|Larrik]] | :::The real indicator would be what their former dating system was based on. I didn' think there was enough to pose this question on the article page so I'm posing it here: Did anybody think that Zarek was honestly surprised by Roslin's offer? As in, he probably was looking for something less than that or if he was after VP, he didn't think that she would offer it right away? --[[User:Straycat0|Straycat0]] 21:09, 29 October 2006 (CST) |

Dark
I get a feeling this'll be Season 3's "Flesh and Bone." --BklynBruzer 19:21, 16 October 2006 (CDT)
That or a season 3 spin on Litmus. Either way, I'm looking forward to see what becomes of Jammer and Gaeta. --Ghilz 15:27, 22 October 2006 (CDT)
Screenshots
Anyone else check out the screenshots on the Sci Fi site? Did you notice that priest who is swearing in Roslin? He looks like the Lumberg character from the movie "Office Space." --123home123 00:17, 24 October 2006 (CDT)
- The actor you note from OfficeSpace is Gary Cole. The priest shown is not Cole. --Spencerian 08:52, 24 October 2006 (CDT)
- Are there any screenshots available of that close shot of the survivor list, with the names? I meant to tape the episode but (dang it) missed it. Mainly I'm just after the names. --Sasoriza 06:20, 28 October 2006 (CDT)
Friday Air - Server Idea Fix
Ok... this is my idea. Three hours before the episode, we sysop protect this page. Once the episode is aired/finshed on it's first round 9pm to 10pm, we unlock it. What this will do is keep the server queries down on the server before the mad rush. Talking with steelviper about this, he suggested we have three sub-pages off the episode guide, Summary, Questions, and Anylsis for people to work on during the episode. This will keep the conflicts down and the server in tip top shape. Before we unlock the main episode page.... we as sysops (Mop boys) would transfer the information from these pages to the guide and then kill the subpages. We need a {{currently airing}} template to help with the links, but it be a start to keeping the server smooth after an episode airs. --Shane (T - C - E) 11:31, 26 October 2006 (CDT)
- Part of me worries about locking users out, especially while the episode is airing. That might be confusing, and that's bound to be a peak time of contribution. On the other hand, if users can't access the page to begin with, then we're not in any better a position. If having subpages allows people to continue to contribute real-time with the episode, and with transclusions allowing the changes to be visible real-time, it might be a way to allow people the thrill of striking while the iron is hot without crushing the server. --Steelviper 11:36, 26 October 2006 (CDT)
Clues
I didn't tape the episode, but maybe someone who did might be able to tell...what rank insignia was Lee wearing when he met his father? --Dallan007 02:37, 28 October 2006 (CDT)Dallan007
- It's obscured by a fold in Lee's uniform for a lot of the scene (he should really get on to his tailor about bringing in his uniform, since he's losing weight), but it looks like Commander rank insignia. It's definitely no less than Colonel (the circle in the centre is quite distinct). --Barry 05:48, 28 October 2006 (CDT)
- Yeah, I agree, it definitely appears to be a Commander's insignia. There's a distinct section behind the diamond with the colonial seal, ie the silver plate we see on the Commander pin. It'd help if someone has any relatively high-res caps, all I can get are 640x352 --Madbrood 09:48, 28 October 2006 (CDT)
Resurrection ship reappears
Did anyone else notice that in at least one of the establishing shots of the Cylon fleet we see a resurrection ship, in addition to the basestars?
Also note the veritable swarms of raiders...
It looks like the Cylons have been busy cranking out new troops for a return to heavy battle. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Spidey3 (talk • contribs).
- And since they have a new Resurrection Ship, coupled with the fact that the Cylons are again discriminating, for want of a better phrase, against humans... I'd say our rag-tag fleet has something to worry about ;) --Madbrood 09:50, 28 October 2006 (CDT)
- I count 5 Basestars and 1 Resurrection ship. Quite a force. I bet Lee Adama will be wishing he didn't use the Pegasus to play bumper cars when he sees that fleet..... -- Barry 12:04, 28 October 2006 (CDT)
- I counted 6 Basestars surrounding the Resurrection Ship... Seattle Cylon 19:01, 28 October 2006 (CDT)

The "third" time Six has used the "Don't make me angry, Gaius" threat
Isn't it the second? I don't remember another one between Litmus and Collaborators. -- Noneofyourbusiness 13:12, 29 October 2006 (CST)

Nth Exodus
I've removed speculation along these lines several times now, as I find it completely absurd and unworthy of note:
- More likely, the "First Exodus" was from Kobol, as the current population didn't escape the Colonies so much as be in transit during their destruction.
However, other contributors seem intent on adding it back each time. I really don't think this is a reasonable line of speculation, but I'll stop deleting comments like this if other users think I should. --Peter Farago 16:57, 29 October 2006 (CST)
- Maybe it's a bit peculiar that they don't include the exodus from Kobol into their count, but I think it's clear that the first one is the original flight from the Twelve Colonies. Excluding that one would more weirder than exluding the Kobol one, which is 2000 years in the past after all and outside of everyone's experience --Serenity 17:02, 29 October 2006 (CST)
