In Surrender the Galactica!, the Imperious Leader appears as a holographic representation to Spectre, described as having "physical immensity" with "many-eyed, knobby-skinned" features and skin displaying "every possible shade of gray." He tasks Spectre with capturing Galactica and its fleet, demanding that Spectre "turn the Galactica into a floating derelict and bring its commander to your pedestal personally... in chains." The Leader expresses weariness with watching "the humans continue to slip out of our grasp" and desires to "parade them through the capital and humiliate them."[1]
