Gabriel Köerner is a visual effects artist for the Re-imagined series of Battlestar Galactica.
Köerner appeared at the age of fifteen in the documentary Trekkies, working on visual effects for a Star Trek fan film.
In 2003, Köerner, while working at Zoic, contributed a number of models for the new Battlestar Galactica Miniseries. His credits include:
- Viper Mk. II exterior (model and textures)
- Viper Mk. II interior
- Galactica hangar interior matte
- The Gemenon Traveler/Kimba Huta type transport.
- The Space Park
- The Luxury liner
In 2005, Köerner contributed the CGI model of the Enterprise-D seen in the last scene of the Star Trek: Enterprise series finale, "These Are the Voyages...". [1]
