This page lists all characters in the Re-imagined Series' who are civilians in the Fleet and who remain unintroduced.

Quorum of Twelve[edit]

Of the current Quorum of Twelve, only Lee Adama, Jacob Cantrell, Reza Chronides and Dahlia are identified by names.

Picon Delegate[edit]

This woman is Picon's representative to the Quorum of Twelve during Roslin's second administration ("The Ties That Bind", "Escape Velocity", "Guess What's Coming to Dinner?", "Sine Qua Non", "A Disquiet Follows My Soul", "The Oath"). When during Tom Zarek and Felix Gaeta's mutiny the Quorum rebuffs Zarek, she and other delegates are executed by marines on Zarek's orders (TRS: "Blood on the Scales").

The "Picon Delegate" is portrayed by Judith Maxie.


Gemenon Delegate[edit]

This woman is Gemenon's representative to the Quorum of Twelve during Roslin's second administration ("The Ties That Bind", "Escape Velocity", "Guess What's Coming to Dinner?", "Sine Qua Non", "A Disquiet Follows My Soul"). She is temporarily replaced by an unintroduced quorum delegate in "The Oath" and "Blood on the Scales", when the Quorum is executed by marines on Tom Zarek's orders, and thus her fate is unknown.

She is portrayed by Donna Soares and credited as "Speaking Delegate #1".


Aerilon Delegate[edit]

This man is Aerilon's representative to the Quorum of Twelve during Roslin's second administration ("The Ties That Bind", "Escape Velocity", "Guess What's Coming to Dinner?", "Sine Qua Non", "A Disquiet Follows My Soul", "The Oath"). When during Tom Zarek and Felix Gaeta's mutiny the Quorum rebuffs Zarek, he and other delegates are executed by marines on Zarek's orders (TRS: "Blood on the Scales").

He is portrayed by an uncredited extra, with no speaking lines.

This man is Libran's representative to the Quorum of Twelve during Roslin's second administration ("The Ties That Bind", "Escape Velocity", "Guess What's Coming to Dinner?", "Sine Qua Non", "A Disquiet Follows My Soul", "The Oath"). When during Tom Zarek and Felix Gaeta's mutiny the Quorum rebuffs Zarek, he and other delegates are executed by marines on Zarek's orders (TRS: "Blood on the Scales").

He is portrayed by an uncredited extra, with no speaking lines.


Quorum Delegate[edit]

This woman during three different Quorum sessions temporarily replaced three different regular delegates from three different colonies. First, she replaced Reza Chronides, from an unknown colony ("Sine Qua Non"), then the Tauron Delegate ("A Disquiet Follows My Soul"), and later the Gemenon Delegate ("The Oath"). When during Tom Zarek and Felix Gaeta's mutiny the Quorum rebuffs Zarek, she and other delegates are executed by marines on Zarek's orders (TRS: "Blood on the Scales").

She is portrayed by Veena Sood and credited as "Quorum Delegate". Her representing three different colonies on different occations remains unexplained.


Other delegates[edit]

The colonies of origin of the following delegates are not known. They appear in "The Ties That Bind" and "Escape Velocity" and "A Disquiet Follows My Soul". All of them also appear in "Guess What's Coming to Dinner?" and "Sine Qua Non" except for Unintroduced Delegate #3, who is temporarily replaced by Unintroduced Delegate #5, as well as in "The Oath", except for Unintroduced Delegate #4, who is replaced by Unintroduced Delegate #6. Delegates #1, #2, #3 and #6 are executed by Marines on Tom Zarek's orders, while the fate of the other two is unknown.

Priest[edit]

The priest

Both president Gaius Baltar and, after the Second Exodus, Laura Roslin, are sworn in by this priest.

This priest is played by actor Winston Rekert and appears in "Lay Down Your Burdens, Part II", "Exodus, Part II" and "Collaborators".

Priestess[edit]

A priestess

This priestess conducts the service at Cally Tyrol's funeral. Later, her service is interrupted by an intrusion of Gaius Baltar and his cult (TRS: "Escape Velocity"). Later, she swears in Lee Adama as the interim president of the Twelve Colonies (TRS: "Sine Qua Non").

This priestess is portrayed by Laara Sadiq.


Cloud 9[edit]

Environmental Specialist[edit]

After Lee Adama fools a carbon dioxide sensor alarm in the Starlight Lounge during Sesha Abinell's hostage situation, an environmental specialist is called to repair it. Kara Thrace decides to use the opportunity by taking the cap and coveralls from this specialist, as part of an attempt to subdue the terrorists (TRS: "Sacrifice").

The unidentified specialist is portrayed by James Upton.


Colonial One crew[edit]

Colonial One captain[edit]

Main article: Colonial One captain

The unidentified captain of the government-chartered starliner Colonial Heavy 798 (later renamed Colonial One) in the Miniseries.

The pilot, credited only as Transport Pilot, was portrayed by Barclay Hope. In the Miniseries novelization (which is treated as a separate continuity source), this character is identified as Captain Russo.


Colonial One co-pilot[edit]

The unidentified co-pilot of the government-chartered starliner Colonial Heavy 798, later renamed Colonial One (TRS: "Miniseries", "33").

He informs Billy Keikeya about One's FTL drive issue leading into jump 239, wearing Colonial Fleet junior pilot wings instead of the civilian-style elite flight wings (TRS: "33").

The co-pilot was portrayed by Guyle Fraizer, whose appearances are uncredited. In the Miniseries novelization (which is treated as a separate continuity source), the character is identified as Eduardo.
In the DVD commentary for the Miniseries, Ron D. Moore and David Eick point out that Frazier is one of the best extras they have, but he got no speaking lines whatsoever for the role of the pilot. They jokingly quipped that the actor always looks as if he wants to say something while in the cockpit, but always thinks better of it and keeps silent.

Colonial One passengers[edit]

Concerned Woman[edit]

A concerned woman to Laura Roslin's left has a brief discussion with her after Roslin announces word of the Cylon attack to the passengers (TRS: "Miniseries, Night 1").

The woman, credited as Woman #3, is played by BJ Harrison.


Concerned Man[edit]

A concerned man next to Aaron Doral reacts to Laura Roslin's news of the Cylon attack to Colonial Heavy 798's passengers (TRS: "Miniseries, Night 1").

The man, credited as Man #3, is played by Denzal Sinclaire.


Cult of Baltar[edit]

Baltar Cultist #1[edit]

An unnamed Baltar Cultist (Karyn Michelle Baltzer) observes Gaius Baltar's beating by a marine (TRS: "Escape Velocity").

This unidentified member bears witness to Baltar, who attempts to rejoin the commune on Galactica, falling and rising up after being repeatedly beaten by a marine (TRS: "Escape Velocity"). She later sits before Baltar during one of his sermons (TRS: "The Road Less Traveled").

The actress was uncredited but identified via face recognition as Karyn Michelle Baltzer, who would later become the wife of Ryan Robbins.


Female cultist[edit]

A female cultist

An unidentified member of the Cult of Baltar who, when Baltar asks the members of his cult if they feel like they've transgressed against their God, answers that they've done nothing wrong and that they shouldn't have to suffer (TRS: "A Disquiet Follows My Soul").

Despite having spoken lines in the episode, the actress was uncredited.


Gemenon Traveler[edit]

Gemenon Traveler captain[edit]

Gemenon Traveler's captain airlocks Leoben Conoy (TRS: "Flesh and Bone").

After discovery of a copy of Leoben Conoy aboard, the captain contacts President Laura Roslin, who wishes to interrogate the Cylon. Having had the most experience with Cylons, Lieutenant Kara "Starbuck" Thrace is ordered to interrogate and meets this captain, who presents Conoy to her. During this, she shares with him her observation regarding Conoy's ability to sweat, which he marvels at.

After Roslin puts an end to Thrace's interrogation, the captain oversees and implements Roslin's airlocking of Conoy (TRS: "Flesh and Bone").

The unnamed captain was played by Eric Breker, who later portrayed George Chu in "Sacrifice," a wholly different character.


Other[edit]

Botanical Cruiser captain[edit]

The captain of the ill-fated Botanical Cruiser.

After beginning her assembly of a fleet of surviving civilian vessels, Laura Roslin talks to the captain of a Botanical Cruiser, assuring him that all his ship's vital needs will be attended to. However, he dies along with his crew and passengers, when the Cylons attack Roslin's nascent fleet (TRS: "Miniseries, Night 2").

The captain was portrayed by Kwesi Ameyaw.


D'anna Biers' staffer[edit]

An unnamed man brings two of Galactica's marines to D'anna Biers' editing bay aboard an unidentified ship (TRS: "Final Cut").

The unnamed staffer was played by Yee Jee Tso.

Gardener[edit]

A Cloud 9 gardener listening to Tom Zarek's speech.

While Tom Zarek is campaigning for the office of the president at Cloud 9, he uses a gardener as an example of people still going through the motions of their old lives before the Fall (TRS: "Colonial Day").

The gardener was portrayed by Mario Battista.


Reporter[edit]

An unintroduced male reporter.

An unidentified reporter is present on Colonial One and on Galactica through Baltar's trial. He asks questions regarding the trial itself, and later on whether or not Roslin will receive another transfusion from Hera Agathon.

This reporter is played by actor Stephen Holmes and appears in "The Son Also Rises" through "Crossroads, Part II".


Sons of Ares leader[edit]

The leader of the Sons of Ares

An unidentified man leads the assault of the Sons of Ares on the Cult of Baltar. It is unknown whether he is a civilian or a member of Galactica's crew (TRS: "Escape Velocity").

The Sons of Ares leader was played by Rob Hayter, whose role was uncredited.
