Battlestar Galactica: The Photostory is a "photo-adventure" based on the Original Series' premiere, "Saga of a Star World".
It is formatted similar to a typical comic book with picture panels, captions, and word balloons telling the story.
All the book's pages are in full-color, with abridgments to the story and dialogue throughout done in the adaptation process.
Errors
Unfortunately, the pages of the book are not numbered, and thus referencing is regrettably difficult.
Omissions
- After learning from Cassiopeia that the Gemenese only have intimate relations during the High Worship of the Sunstorm, Starbuck merely exclaims, "Really!" He does not make a crack about them being great card players.
- During the scene where Starbuck and Boomer encounter the blonde Taurus on Carillon, the book omits Starbuck's comments about her being a Taurus, and Boomer's later crack about the possibility of the woman "smoking plant vapors".
Notes
- There is a photo of the infamous Lights of Caprica scene.
