Which is it?

It seems like both craft are claimed to have been flown by Boomer and Helo (and all their subsequent replacements). Were they all flying in both raptors? Are the raptor number designations static and unique? It seems odd that you would have the 1st and 3rd raptors ever flying alongside number 312 and 478.
