Fan fiction/MrsRon Essay

Terry Dresbach (MrsRon) on August 8th, 2006 started a fan-contest for an essay on Why I Like Battlestar Galactica. The essay submissions where to be posted on a SciFi.com forum thread. The essays will be sent to the writing staff at which they will narrow it down to the semi's.^[1] Terry and her husband, Ronald D. Moore, are going to pick the best entires and choose three winners. Winners will be announced a month before the Season 3 premiere. Submissions end on September 15, 2006.^[1]

Guidelines for Entries

The subject is Why I Like Battlestar Galactica.
Minimum of 700 words. Maximum of 1500.

Prizes

1^st Place

A copy of your favorite Battlestar Galactica episode script, autographed by Ronald D. Moore and/or the credited writer of the episode, with a note to you, by name.
A container of Mrs. Ron's meat sauce.

2^nd Place

A copy of Season 1 DVD or Season 2.0 DVD, autographed by RDM and the Battlestar Galactica writing staff
A container of Mrs Ron's meat sauce.

3^rd Place

An autographed cast or crew photo. Which actors?
