Scorpia's placcard at the Quorum of Twelve

Eladio Puasha is a Scorpia native and its representative to the Quorum of Twelve.

Pusha was seated next to Tom Zarek at the first meeting of the Quorum on Cloud 9. Puasha, however, has yet to be seen up close and in person (TRS: "Colonial Day"). It is not known if he or she is among the Quorum delegates who side with President Roslin during the Fleet's schism (Home, Part I).

Puasha is not seen again, particularly in light of the Quorum assembled after the Second Exodus (The Ties That Bind).
