Gemini Freight

Gemini Freight was a transport corporation that moved products and materials between the Twelve Colonies before the Cylon attack.

The existance of this freight company was first noted in the Miniseries, via the white logo stamped on the various cargo containers bolted to the hull of the freighter Gemini.

The logo is basically the words "GEMINI FREIGHT" in white capital letters, with the GEMINI portion being larger than the FREIGHT and located over the second word. The logo was seen faded and chipped in the short screen shot it was seen in.

This company may have operated out of Gemenon, although the name is ambiguous and could have been based on any of the other eleven Colonial worlds.

The Gemini sided with the Laura Roslin faction during the Fleet's brief schism.

It is unknown if the Gemini remained in orbit or was grounded and stripped for parts along with the Gemini Freight cargo after the colonization of New Caprica.
