Lieutenant Dante is the Viper pilot leading D Squadron, tasked with running decoy missions against Cylon base ships to deflect the Cylons attention while Galacticans conduct their clandestine missions to develop Earth.
Dante flies one such mission when Captain Troy and Lieutenant Dillon make way to Earth to begin agro settlements following the Battle for the Agricultural Ships (1980: "Space Croppers").
