Stubbs is a male Raptor pilot aboard the Galactica who monitors enemy force deployment during a raid on a Cylon tylium-manufacturing base (The Hand of God). Since Boomer and Crashdown's raptor is labelled "Boomer" during this scene, and Stubbs' Raptor also bears his name, we can assume that he is pilot rather than ECO.
