The Galleon Meadow is the location where the Scriptures say that the ships of the 13 Tribes started their respective journeys away from Kobol. 12 went to form the Twelve Colonies of Kobol, while the 13th went in a different direction to Earth.
The meadow's exact location is known, and it is the nearest definitively identified landmark on the path to the Tomb of Athena. From it, the High Road, a rocky ridge leading in the direction of the tomb, can be seen.
