An unnamed bespectacled officer is one of two guards to stand in front of Laura Roslin during a tense stand-off with Galactica's Marines in Roslin's make-shift office on Colonial One. The officer wears a wedding band, seen while brandishing his sidearm (TRS: "Kobol's Last Gleaming, Part II").
The officer later accompanies Roslin on New Caprica following her escape during events leading up to the Second Exodus (TRS: "Exodus, Part II").
- The officer was portrayed by Kevin Blatch, who was uncredited but identified by computer-aided facial recognition. He also portrayed a bespectacled CIC operative in the Miniseries. Due to the reuse of background extras throughout the series, it is not known whether the characters are intended to be the same people.
