Allowing user CSS and JS use

Hi Joe,
I wish you a Happy New Year! Hope you're fine. Is it possible please to modify the LocalSettings.php file as followed:

$wgAllowUserCss = true;
$wgAllowUserJs = true;

This to allow work on CSS in order to look like the French Wiki (color and scheme) for testing if you want to. After the right attempts, I would like to implement the css on the MediaWiki:Timeless.css page. Thank you very much. Cheers! --LIMAFOX76 (talk) 11:09, 18 January 2020 (PST)
