Talk:Sci Fi Channel/Archive 1

Discussion page of Sci Fi Channel/Archive 1

I'm not sure if this should be deleted or expanded into a proper article. What are other peoples' thoughts? --Peter Farago 01:37, 19 March 2006 (CST)

Any references to SciFi should be just links to Wikipedia's article. --The Merovingian 01:43, 19 March 2006 (CST)
My impulse is to agree, but I want to point out that we have our own articles for prominent actors and producers. What should our criteria be for this sort of thing? --Peter Farago 02:59, 19 March 2006 (CST)
Yeah. It was stupid and an implus creation. :) --Shane (C - E) 10:23, 19 March 2006 (CST)

Network Article Updates

We should probably have a NBC Universal article and ABC Television article to source back to any first-airings of the various series. I've updated this one with the good bad and ugly of the Sci Fi Channel. (Wrestling!? Psychics!?) --Spencerian 08:40, 6 February 2007 (CST)

If we're gonna do it right then lets do it all. I feel we should keep people on the wiki for as much as possible rather than sending people away to wikipedia unnecceserily. --Mercifull (Talk/Contribs) 09:02, 6 February 2007 (CST)
We should also get the bot this weekend to find any external wikipedia links and change em over too. --Mercifull (Talk/Contribs) 09:04, 6 February 2007 (CST)
I agree. We're going to add more Battlestar specific information on our pages anyway. --Spencerian 10:06, 6 February 2007 (CST)

Are these still on the air? Since it seems they are no longer on the list of on-air shows: SCIFI.com DrWho42 22:11, 22 April 2007 (CDT)

The Original Series is being shown currently on the ION Television cable network (formerly "PAX"). Galactica 1980, with only 10 episodes, is occasionally shown on the Sci Fi Channel, but this isn't on any consistent schedule and appears essentionally when they feel like it. For better or worse, 1980 is not available on DVD, although TOS is. --Spencerian 22:18, 22 April 2007 (CDT)
