Aerilon Crystal is a brand of table salt used in the Colonies.
A box of this salt (marked "All Natural No Additives") is used by Racetrack to pour a dividing line down the middle of the hangar deck of Galactica to ceremonially separate (and then reunite) the Pegasus and Galactica crews during a prayer prior to the rescue attempt on New Caprica (Exodus, Part I).
