Aerilon Crystal is a brand of table salt used in the Colonies, purporting to tie or originate from Aerilon prior to the Fall of the Twelve Colonies.

A box of this salt, featuring the claim of "All Natural No Additives," is used by Margaret Edmondson to pour a dividing line down the middle of the hangar deck of Galactica to ceremonially separate, and then reunite, Pegasus and Galactica crews during a prayer service prior to the New Caprica rescue attempt ^{(TRS: "Exodus, Part I")}.
