Looks good. We could also integrate this in Template:Episode Data and make the (discuss) link in episode boxes point somewhere useful, e.g. to a subforum about the episode in question. This means the forum admins will have to create a subforum for each and every episode. Currently, there are 62 known RDM episodes (of which 55 have aired), 21 TOS episodes and 10 1980 episodes, a total of 93 subforums to be created. For characters, we could just use the search URL from the proposal, since it would be cumbersome to go around and create subforums for all the characters as well, and some threads are about multiple characters. We do need to do the search thing well for TOS/RDM/1980 cases (i.e. we need to be able to limit the search to one subforum), and we might also want multiple keywords for a single page (e.g. on the Kara Thrace article, link to a search for both "Kara Thrace" and "Starbuck" in the RDM subforum). This will require some template trickery that I'll try to start with this week. --Catrope(Talk to me or e-mail me) 11:51, 20 August 2007 (CDT) | Looks good. :A subforum for each episode is really overkill. A thread I can see, but even then the old episodes will hardly have any discussion, because most things have already been talked about. | |||
:I can see a subforum for the most important characters though. GalacticaStation/RagnarAnchorage does that. Though we don't really have many users at the moment to take advantage of it. --Serenity 12:22, 20 August 2007 (CDT) |

Integration in templates
--Catrope(Talk to me or e-mail me) 11:51, 20 August 2007 (CDT)
