Pinius was a gaming chancery, likely somewhere in the sphere of the Twelve Colonies prior to the exodus after their fall.
When Starbuck discusses his new gambling system, Apollo brings up this gaming chancery, stating that he lost a sectons pay betting on a previous gambling system there. Later, Chameleon began to tell Starbuck a story about a three-handed dealer there as they left Adama's ready room (The Man with Nine Lives).
