- If you have not seen the recent CSI episode, "A Space Oddity," you should. Ron D. Moore and Grace Park make a cameo, and Kate Vernon guest stars. Written by David Weddle and Bradley Thompson, the episode deals with a murder of a man who plans on "reimagining" a popular classic SF show. Sounds familiar.
- Caprica will be released on DVD on April 21, 2009.
- Early ratings by TV Guide suggest that the Re-imagined Series finale was watched by 2.5 million people--a 56% increase over the Season 3 finale, "Crossroads, Part II".
- According to Space.com, American astronaut Garrett Reisman will make a cameo appearance as a Colonial Marine in a situation where "someone throws up on him and then he dies" in the upcoming Re-imagined Series episode "Daybreak, Part II".[1]
- Not to dance and skip on BSG's grave prematurely, but a promotional trailer for Caprica was released on the Sci Fi Channel website.
