Lieutenant Thorne was stationed onboard the battlestar Pegasus.

His role was well known amongst his fellow crew mates as the "Cylon Interrogator". His method of inteorgation included sexual assault, aided by Pegasus marines, no doubt leading to the mental condition of Gina, a copy of Number Six.

He was accidentally killed by Galen Tyrol when Tyrol and Karl Agathon attempted to protect Sharon Valerii from the rapist.

Admiral Nelena Cain, who may have been complicit in the behavior, summarily arrested them. (Pegasus)
