A swipe drive is a data storage device that wirelessly interfaces with nearby computer systems to compress and copy data.

Clarice Willow used a swipe drive to copy files from Daniel Graystone's computer in his home lab, in the hopes of obtaining the program that Zoe Graystone used to create an avatar of herself (CAP: "Know Thy Enemy"). Unbeknownst to them, the program was destroyed in the process of merging it to the meta-cognitive processor (CAP: "Pilot").
