The language educator is yet another invention devised by Doctor Zee in order to aid the Galacticans in their survival in the wilderness of space.

Troy boasts that ten minutes with this device will allow any person to speak almost any language in the galaxy like a native.[1]

While those using the language educator can speak languages normally, Galacticans still find themselves unable to acclimate quickly to jargon, slang, and words with double meanings (such as "mush" or "turkey"[2]) and referred to their wrist computrons for information on more specific terminology[3].
