Colonel Sydell is an Air Force Colonel who is charged with tracking down UFO sightings.
He is convinced that Troy and Dillon are somehow connected with the phenomena reported on Earth (The Super Scouts, Part II).
Colonel Sydell again tries to catch Troy and Dillon in "Spaceball."
