Any chances that the techs on ''Galactica'' either stripped this airframe for parts (engines, etc.), or, lifted the whole "corpse" offplanet while the rest of the "featured cast" was off trying to find the Tomb of Athena? It stands to reason that with how dire the supply situation is, and how successfully the techs have repaired or resurrected Vipers and Raptors all during the episodes, that ''something'' was done about this damaged Raptor, and it wasn't just "left there". :If they did, it was just a handful of parts; the Raptor itself is a loss.  I think this was just implied.  Besides, it blew up after the fuel line exploded.  It pretty much was "left there" because aside from the odd machine part or two, the entire frame must have been a total loss. --[[User:Ricimer|Ricimer]] 15:20, 30 January 2006 (EST)

Resurrection?

Any chances that the techs on Galactica either stripped this airframe for parts (engines, etc.), or, lifted the whole "corpse" offplanet while the rest of the "featured cast" was off trying to find the Tomb of Athena? It stands to reason that with how dire the supply situation is, and how successfully the techs have repaired or resurrected Vipers and Raptors all during the episodes, that something was done about this damaged Raptor, and it wasn't just "left there". If they did, it was just a handful of parts; the Raptor itself is a loss. I think this was just implied. Besides, it blew up after the fuel line exploded. It pretty much was "left there" because aside from the odd machine part or two, the entire frame must have been a total loss. --Ricimer 15:20, 30 January 2006 (EST)
