Issue 1 of the Battlestar Galactica: The Official Magazine is a Titan Magazines publication released in August/September 2005 covering the Re-imagined Series. edit source- This was the first regular numbered issue following the Special/Miniseries issue released in December 2003.
- The two-year gap between the Special issue and Issue 1 reflected the time between the Miniseries broadcast (December 2003) and the start of the regular series run that began airing in 2004 (UK)/2005 (US).
- The issue was published during the hiatus between Season 1 and Season 2, providing fans with exclusive content and interviews during the wait for new episodes.
- Like all issues of The Official Battlestar Galactica Magazine, this publication featured full-color photography and production imagery.
