:Funny, I just came here to make the same observation. And since Cylons share memories, some or all the Cylons would contain the memories of Zoe, and possibly Tamara as well. Why would these memories be thrown away? They would be stored on disk even if the Tamara model was destroyed. Quite possibly Loeben remembers actually being Bill Adama's big sister in some fashion. He almost surely remembers being Zoe or her boyfriend, just as Athena remembers being Tyrol's girlfriend. I've added a season one promo picture of Tamara Adama/Genevieve Buechner. Strictly speaking it shows Tamara-A. But I'd say it will be a lot easier (and likely) to get a good shot of the Avatar rather than the real thing in the future. And the picture is IMO far better than the previous screencap. -- Penumbra 07:40, 19 March 2010 (UTC) | |||
: Strictly speaking, Tamara-A and Tamara Adama are really different entities; the same way that, for instance, Sharon "Boomer" Valerii and Sharon "Athena" Agathon are. I'd prefer we use an actual picture of Tamara Adama (maybe a shot from one of Joe Adama's photos), just for the sake of accuracy. -- Joe Beaudoin So say we all - Donate - Battlestar Pegasus 12:35, 19 March 2010 (UTC) |

Adama's sister as a Cylon?[edit]
Ok, how reliable is this casting sheet? If Adama's illegally-monotheistic sister provided the upload pattern for the first metallic Cylon on Caprica, this sure poses a lot of questions for the main series. Why has this never come up. What happened to her? What happened to her memories -- should they not exist in future Cylons?
Adama has met and talked with several of the Cylon models, with one-on-ones with Doral, Six, Eight and possibly Leoben. No whiff of this. Could the Cylons, perfect memories and all, have forgotten all this?
Mind you, it does explain why the Final 5 have all gravitated to Adama.
However, I mention this not to debate the speculations, but to ask if this isn't massively at odds with what we see, and if that doesn't make you wonder if the casting sheet is accurate. It gives away a lot for a casting sheet.--Bradtem 22:24, 7 April 2008 (UTC)
- Adama's sister wasn't secretly monotheistic (or at least we know nothing of it yet). The closeted monotheist is Zoe Graystone. Tamara was just killed in the same suicide bombing, and given that she probably wasn't uploaded into a holographic avatar, it is doubtful whether her personality was actually recreated. It's possible that Graystone cheated Adama into believing that he will recreate the personalities of both their daughters, not telling him that it's only possible with Zoe, since she was downloaded into the hologram. We also don't know whether any of the humanoid Cylons actually have the memories of Zoe and other original Cylons. Also, the eOnline! preview also contained some of the same info, so it's unlikely to be a hoax. Ausir 22:27, 7 April 2008 (UTC)
