On Your Additions to Language in the Twelve Colonies
Welcome. The information you provided in recent submissions to this article have merit, despite one contributor's thoughts to the contrary, of which I've discussed the matter. If you wish to return your edits, please do so, and place a comment on the talk page of the article where myself and Merv had our brief discussion. I will note that contributors as a whole are reticent to have extended, over-speculative derivations in this article, no matter how historical, so I'd recommend keeping your contribution to the most germane elements that relate to Greek mythology or military history. --Spencerian 18:47, 19 July 2006 (CDT)
- Oh I already said he could put it back in, Spencerian. --The Merovingian (C - E) 18:52, 19 July 2006 (CDT)
Nah, I won't bother, thanks; no-one really seems very interested and rather than create any more antipathy with what's being perceived as "pointless and irrelevant speculation" (no matter how much I back them up with historical facts and source material) I'll bow out of this one. It isn't really worth the effort and I'm too long in the tooth for internet rows. - Tawakalna
- Thats a shame because i looked into the history to see what you wrote and it was very interesting. --Mercifull (Talk/Contribs) 15:26, 20 July 2006 (CDT)
- Er, I told you you could put it back. It's fine. --The Merovingian (C - E) 09:25, 21 July 2006 (CDT)
