Please read the articles "What is Battlestar Wiki" and "What Battlestar Wiki is Not." This important information details what contributions are acceptable in this encyclopedia.

Present tense
Hi there! Welcome to the Wiki! Just to let you know, all contributions to Battlestar Wiki are to be written in present tense, and not the past tense you are writing in. Citing Episodes
Your contribuations are great, but please read up on the BW:SAC for episode citing. Quotes only appear around episodes that are cited twice or more in the same cite. If it's a single cite, quotes are not applied. Thanks for our work! --Shane (T - C - E) 21:59, 20 October 2006 (CDT)
"C-Bucks"
I've had to remove your recent addition of Anders' alleged callsign. There is nothing in the dialogue for "He That Believeth In Me" that suggests that "C-Bucks" is his callsign. On the other hand, if you can point where exactly Athena calls him this, that would be appreciated -- although I was listening pretty closely for such things and didn't pick it up. (I've had the episode for more than a week now, seeing as I received the screener and was able to review it.) Comments? Questions? Concerns? -- Joe Beaudoin So say we all - Donate - Battlestar Pegasus 14:57, 6 April 2008 (UTC)
Athena says "Hey look. Stay cool out there, alright. You'll lock on [or something like that] and do what you've been trained to do. Come on." (with some replies from Anders in between). Nothing that sounds even remotely like "C-Buck". -- Serenity 15:52, 6 April 2008 (UTC)
- My ear tells me she says "Okay, rook. Stay cool out there, alright? You'll lock in and do what you've been trained to do."-- Fredmdbud 16:37, 6 April 2008 (UTC)
- Yeah, seems to be "rook" and not "look", but no C-Buck there in your version either :) -- Serenity 16:43, 6 April 2008 (UTC)
- If you have the subtitles on at 00:05:17 Athena says C-Buck —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Number1 (talk • contribs).
- She doesn't. I've listened to it about a dozen times now and the subtitles aren't always 100%ly reliable, especially with names. The dialogue isn't very clear, but it's not unintelligible either and after a few times one can pick up everything that is said. We'll wait for some more confirmation either way, but it seems pretty obvious to me. -- Serenity 16:12, 6 April 2008 (UTC)
- In Precipice, Athena and Anders have a challenge-password exchange - Anders's response was "Seabucks rule." Maybe this is what he meant to spell?-- Fredmdbud 16:23, 6 April 2008 (UTC)
- "C-Bucks" stands for "Caprica Buccaneers". But this is about the exchange between Anders and Athena on the hangar deck in "He That Believeth In Me". As said her line isn't crystal clear, but I don't see something there that could be mistaken for "C-Bucks". -- Serenity 16:33, 6 April 2008 (UTC)
