Excellent transcript work. Could always use more help there.--The Merovingian 00:04, 4 March 2006 (CST)
Thanks. Sorry it took a while to reply. I would like to transcribe the podcast for Lay Down Your Burdens Part 2. Both Ron Moore and David Eick are in the podcast. Would it be ok for me to use "R:" and "D:" whenever each one speaks? I don't know what the conventions are for when there are 2 speakers in 1 podcast. Thanks again. -- Laineylain 00:15, 11 March 2006 (CST)
We go with "RDM" and "Eick".--The Merovingian 00:16, 11 March 2006 (CST)
Thanks. -- Laineylain 00:17, 11 March 2006 (CST)

Podcast Transcripts

Thanks for your work on these! We are WAY behind, but I'm hoping we can make some headway on them between now and October. I'm not cut out for transcribing, as I try to capture every um, ah, y'know (all the fillers), which drastically slows me down (especially since those aren't supposed to be transcribed anyway). I try to help out with the verifying, though, where the perfectionism doesn't slow me down as much. Anyway, thanks again! --Steelviper 12:33, 13 March 2006 (CST)

You're very welcome. I'm part of the LiveJournal battlestar_blog community. One of the members is deaf and wanted to know what was on RDM's podcasts (around the time when battlestarwiki was down due to server problems). I volunteered to help transcribe an episode and email it to her, but in the meantime battlestarwiki was brought back online so I posted the transcripts here. Great work on the verifications, SV! I really appreciate it! -- Laineylain 12:59, 13 March 2006 (CST)
I must say, Laineylain, that when I see you in recent changes, it has become Laineylain=Podcast in my brain! Excellent! I must say, I don't know how the heck I'd ever get the time to do these without you. Thanks. --The Merovingian (C - E) 22:46, 26 March 2006 (CST)
You're very welcome. I'm just glad I can contribute to battlestarwiki in some small way. -- Laineylain 10:37, 27 March 2006 (CST)

I saw you add me over on LiveJournal, but couldn't figure out at the time how you knew who I was. Then I saw the Recent Changes today and saw you here, as well :-) One fewer mystery in my life!--Uncle Mikey 15:57, 22 March 2006 (CST)

Oh no, you found me out!  :) That makes 2 other Battlestarwikipedians (whew, long word) I've found who have LiveJournals. -- Laineylain 22:09, 22 March 2006 (CST)
"BlueManScott" that makes three :-) --Kraetos 22:33, 22 March 2006 (CST)
Sweet! I think I've seen the BlueManScott username on the battlestar_blog community. Added you to my friends list :) -- Laineylain 11:16, 23 March 2006 (CST)

For catching this moron's error, ahem, my error. :-) -- Joe Beaudoin 22:43, 26 March 2006 (CST)

No problemo.  :) -- Laineylain 10:41, 27 March 2006 (CST)

To-Do List

Sorry, I've been slacking off with the podcast transcription lately. I will work on them this weekend in addition to doing my boyfriend's taxes. Hope I don't get the two mixed up and claim Baltar as a dependent. -- Laineylain 15:27, 31 March 2006 (CST)

Six already beat you there, Lainey. :-)
