Welcome to the Wiki. Feel free to tell us about yourself on your user page. Also read the Battlestar Wiki:Standards and Conventions project article, which details the policies we use in editing pages (this differs from many other wikis in consistent use of phrasing, abbreviations, format, and the like). --Spencerian 00:18, 19 January 2006 (EST)

Nice Captures

Nice screen captures! --Steelviper 11:56, 20 January 2006 (EST)

I just saw the picture of Adar you uploaded. Wonderous. Great cap. --Day 00:51, 8 February 2006 (EST)

Question for you...

Some of these pictures are of particularly high quality. Where do you get them? Are they screen caps or from some other source? -- Joe Beaudoin 22:19, 6 February 2006 (EST)

Yes! Please share your methods. I, myself, enjoy egtting screenshots, but I'd always love to improve the quality of the grabs I make as well as make it easier. On my talk page, SV, Talos and myself talked about our methods briefly, however, VLC is kind of a pain. If you feel the details are a bit too minute or whatever, to make the (slow) communication via Wiki worth it, please feel free to IM me. I'll try to transcribe the information somewhere so that others can benefit from it. --Day 00:55, 8 February 2006 (EST)

Don't worry: most BSG fans haven't even seen the original series (including myself, except for the odd rerun or two). Fans of the new series (that I know) really aren't old series fans; all the ones I know are disgruntled former Star Trek fans.--Ricimer 18:35, 7 February 2006 (EST)

Where did that shot come from? I don't remember seeing that in the broadcast. Doth thou have a source that the rest of us are lacking, or am I loosing my marbles? --Durandal 00:23, 14 March 2006 (CST)
