Raider pic

I've got a couple of good screen captures of Raiders, but you can't beat that model. It appears to be EXACT. If anybody wants to see one, I can post a good side shot of a Raider, but looks just like this (with a space background). --Steelviper 22:19, 14 February 2006 (EST)

Golden Raider

Am I the only one who noticed a gold raider in TMW? MatthewFenton 17:09, 13 January 2007 (CST)

Hmm... Never noticed it myself, but I'm going through the episodes and should (unfortunately) hit on that one sometime within a week. -- Joe Beaudoin So say we all - Donate 19:11, 13 January 2007 (CST)

It may be a glitch in the matting effects of the SFX shot as well, which isn't uncommon with this technology. Plenty of shots where I've seen the Enterprise look blue when it's really white in the original Star Trek. --Spencerian 15:38, 14 January 2007 (CST)
Actually, I thought I noticed the same thing in an earlier ep (probably Saga of a Star World, since I'm only through lost planet I in my "rewatching" effort). I almost took a screenshot with the same thought, but shrugged it off. If it is in Saga it's probably a shot reuse, and, as Spence guessed it's probably just an error. However if they do reuse the shot it's at least worth a "note". --Steelviper 17:51, 14 January 2007 (CST)
Worth a note, if anything. More than likely it was an error in optics or SFX. -- Joe Beaudoin So say we all - Donate 19:02, 14 January 2007 (CST)
Looks like it may be an optical/fx issue indeed, as there are several fx shots in Lost Planet II (just caught up with the "featured episode") where there's discoloration towards the edges (some of the basestar shots). Particularly, though, a "gold raider" shot (probably the same one as above) during the battle of Kobol, and even one raider that's centered is a bit discolored. --Steelviper 18:45, 15 January 2007 (CST)
Also used at 19:53 of Saga of a Star World. --Steelviper 09:07, 18 January 2007 (CST)
