PPDIOO[1] is a network lifecycle continuous/continual improvement process (CIP) implemented by the Colonial military.
Admiral Helena Cain reviews a summary report on PPDIOO's implementation and other topics related to ship and crew status, while the battlestar Pegasus is docked at the Scorpion Fleet Shipyards for a large-scale overhaul. The overhaul includes the ship's network infrastructure, an effort that is led by Gina Inviere of Integral Systems Engineering (TRS: "Razor").
