Troy enters a JCPenney department store in search of equipment and apparel for themselves and the Super Scouts, encountering a helpful saleslady to facilitate these acquisitions. She is the first to receive the money Dillon inadvertently steals from the Savings and Loan (1980: "The Super Scouts, Part I").
