Lum[1] is an employee at the Stanford Chemical Plant.
Lum is part of a posse lead by Denver aiming to scare off Doctor Spencer and Jamie Hamilton from investigating the chemical dumping into the local water system. However, Troy and Dillon arrive to stop the situation from spiraling totally out of control; Dillon uses his Galactican abilities to throw Lum into a pile of brush (The Super Scouts, Part II).
