The most senior pilot aboard a Battlestar, responsible for all "air" operations.
The Battlestar Galactica's last CAG Captain Jackson "Ripper" Spencer was killed in the opening minutes of the Cylon Attack on the Twelve Colonies. He was replaced by Captain Lee "Apollo" Adama, eldest son of the Galactica's commanding officer William Adama.
