- As reported on our blog, Anne Cofell Saunders is leaving BSG before Season 4 starts. She heads to NBC to start on a new pilot named "CHUCK" as Co-Producer.

- The latest issue of Entertainment Weekly puts Battlestar Galactica #2 on The Sci Fi Top 25.
- The 1978 Battlestar Galactica currently appears on the ION Television Network, Sundays at 6 PM ET/5 PM CT, and 7 PM ET/6 PM CT.
- The Sci Fi Channel is hosting a Battlestar Galactica fan video contest. The winning entry (selected by David Eick) will be played during a Re-imagined Series season 4 episode. Entry deadline: June 1.
- The Season 2 episode "Downloaded" has been nominated for a 2007 Hugo Award.

- The Sci Fi Channel has confirmed that the fourth season of Battlestar Galactica will be increased from its initial request of 13 episodes to 22 episodes, with a special two-hour extended episode to air during the fourth quarter of 2007. The extended episode will be released later on DVD.[2] In an interview by Salon magazine, Ronald D. Moore revealed that the special 2-hour episode will be a story set on the battlestar Pegasus. Even though the episode will be a backstory, it will have implications for Season 4.
