Biography
As a member of the Galactica's command staff, Petty Officer Dualla works closely with Adama, Tigh, and Gaeta in operating and "fighting" the Galactica as well as coordinating Fleet operations after the Cylon surprise attack on the 12 Colonies. This responsibility leads to a scene in 33 where she must report the missing Olympic Carrier, provoking an outburst from Tigh and a quiet, firm reminder from Adama that when the CIC crew makes mistakes, people die.
During the mini-series and throughout the first season Dualla and Billy.
