Pinius was a gaming chancery, likely somewhere in the sphere of the Tweleve Colonies prior to the exodus after their fall.

When Starbuck discusses his new gambling system, Apollo brings up this gaming chancery, stating that he lost a sectons pay betting on a previous gambling system (The Man with Nine Lives).
