The Avenging Angels, the deadwalker avatar duo Zoe-A and Tamara-A, frequent the bar as their hunting ground to eject New Cap City players from the game in an attempt to send a message regarding the game's deviant morality. Olaf and Nestor Willow's avatars visit this bar on such an occasion in the hopes of engaging them, with Olaf getting killed in-game and thus permanently ejected (CAP: "The Dirteaters").
These details become known to Daniel Graystone who visits the V-world bar in the hopes of meeting Zoe. The discovery spurs Zoe and Tamara to remake New Cap City in their own image, effectively destroying the game for V-world gamers (CAP: "The Dirteaters" and "The Heavens Will Rise").
