Cassidy is the attorney for the prosecution in the up-coming trial of former President Gaius Baltar. She is currently staying aboard Galactica, presumably for protection purposes. Defense attorney Romo Lampkin, acting on one of his Kleptomaniac urges, managed to steal one of her shoes from her room while she was out (The Son Also Rises).
