The Circle is a tribunal on Galactica, deciding how to treat or punish people who worked with the Cylons during the occupation of New Caprica, some of whom may have been responsible for the deaths of humans (Collaborators).

Its members include Saul Tigh, Galen Tyrol, Samuel Anders, Seelix, Jean Barolay, and Charlie Connor. In promotional materials for this episode, Felix Gaeta is brought before The Circle.
