According to [[Lee Adama]], when the ship was transferred over to the prisoners, the ''Astral Queen'''s crew were relocated. This presumably includes Captain Wikens.
 
His comment, "I'm a bus driver, not a warden," was a reference to Dr. McCoy from the original "Star Trek."

Wikens is the captain of the Astral Queen, a prison transport that survived the Cylon Holocaust. (Bastille Day)

According to Lee Adama, when the ship was transferred over to the prisoners, the Astral Queen's crew were relocated. This presumably includes Captain Wikens.

His comment, "I'm a bus driver, not a warden," was a reference to Dr. McCoy from the original "Star Trek."
