Jean Barclay is a member of Samuel Anders' resistance group on Caprica, and a former Caprica Buccaneer. She aided Anders in planting a bomb in a Cylon café (Downloaded). She later survived an attack on Anders' base camp and was among the group of survivors with Anders who encountered the rescue party led by Starbuck from Galactica (Lay Down Your Burdens, Part I).
Jean Barclay is played by Alisen Down, who played Miranda Feigelsteen in Mysterious Ways (TV series - 2000).
