Bell is a curly-haired cameraman, working alongside D'anna Biers for her documentary on Galactica (Final Cut).
Because of his devious behavior and close working relationship with someone that viewers (although not the Colonial characters, yet) realize is a Humano-Cylon infiltrator, some viewers suspect that he too could be also be a Cylon.
