Noticed the activity on your talk page, and ran into your user page. I didn't have it on my user page, but I also held the rank of Cadet Captain back in my day. Army ROTC, Western Region, 10th "Gateway" Brigade, Bulldog Battalion (Truman State University), Bravo Company. I was CO (first semester) and XO (second semester) of Bravo, my sophomore year. Scared the heck out of my (now retired) Air Force dad (thinking that I would join), but I ended up not contracting. It still makes a nice bullet on the resume, and was a good experience. :Good to meet another cadet. I was only in JROTC so far but I'm considering joining NROTC when I transfer to a four year college after next year. BTW I was the Battalion S-3 of the Prince George High School "Royal" Battalion. |

Just a Note
Heya, Talos. A couple times I've noticed that on talk pages, you're not signing your comments. It's kind of hard that way to see who said what's typed. It's simple to do, just after the end of your post, type two dashes and four tildes (without spaces: --~~ ~~). That will sign the thing like this: --Day 14:11, 13 September 2005 (EDT)
- Sorry, I actually just noticed that with my comment on the Mil. Hairstyles. I didn't know how to do that before but now I'll go back and add them. Thanks for the help, now let's see if it works. --Talos 14:17, 13 September 2005 (EDT)
- No worries. Also note, that it's traditional to indent a reply by starting out with a coolon. One colon for each tab (and thus for each reply-level). I took the liberty of formatting this conversation. When I joined, I found the tutorial very helpful for these kinds of things. Also, if you want to share some things about yourself, or whatever, I reccomend editing your user page. I always like to get to know people, but it's, of course, entirely up to you how much, if any, to share about yourself. --Day 14:36, 13 September 2005 (EDT)
Regarding Image:Mini TOS1701.jpg
Noticed the image you uploaded and have to ask, where exactly did this come from? (I wouldn't be surprised if Zoic slipped this in somewhere, seeing as they slipped in the Serenity.) If you could add any pertinent info to Image:Mini TOS1701.jpg;s description page, that would be appreciated. Thanks! -- Joe Beaudoin 16:26, 14 November 2005 (EST)
- I'm going to add something, I've just been busy and haven't gotten around to it. --Talos 07:32, 15 November 2005 (EST)
- I went to my DVD of the Mini, and you can see the Enterprise at 2:46:40. The brightness in the picture is turned up. --Talos 07:36, 15 November 2005 (EST)
- That particular image is from the starshipbuilder.com forums. --Peter Farago 13:29, 15 November 2005 (EST)
- I first saw it at a discussion at the Trek BBS. In case it can't be used I made a (not as good) screen capture off of my DVD.
